About the role

The Sales Development Representative is a pivotal role within our sales organization.

As an SDR, you won't just be introducing potential clients to our platform, you'll be the catalyst that drives our mission into new partnerships. With a deep understanding of our platform and the nonprofit sector's challenges, you will demo our technology and close deals, contributing directly to our growth and impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage and Demo: Lead engaging product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting how our platform addresses their unique challenges.
  • Close Deals: Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to closed deal, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and updating CRM systems with relevant data.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback on client needs and market trends.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry shifts, our product enhancements, and effective sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

About you

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales or senior SDR role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep passion for the nonprofit sector and our mission.
  • Ability to navigate the complexities of a SaaS sales cycle.
  • Experience selling SaaS to nonprofits is a significant plus.
